1. Memorandum of Understanding

Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Western Australia Department of Education. The objectives of the Memorandum of Understanding are to:

  • Establish cultural awareness between Western Australia and Cambodia.
  • Promote cooperation in education between MoEYS and Department of Education Western Australia;
  • Build mutual capacity in Cambodia Education System; and

Memorandum of Understanding 2024-2028

2. Aide Memoire

The Aide Mémoire is negotiated annually and functions to provide:

  • A guide to expenditure
  • A historical record of school visits
  • A historical overview of expenditure
  • A framework for reporting the annual progress of the Angkor Project
  • Financial Expenditure policy for the Angkor Project and Education Cambodia Incorporated (ECI)
  • Planning future direction for the Angkor Project.
